The living room opens onto your private, unfenced outdoor area of 100 m² (with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs). 2 parking spaces (1 in front of the gîte, 1 in the owners' courtyard who live next door). You have access to the owners' heated swimming pool which is located on their land, facing the terrace of their house (pool access from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, shared and common use).
