Backing onto the village of Serbonnes to the north, the view to the south overlooks a loop of the Yonne. Description for Gite

The Grand-Varennes is a 3-storey building, served from the ground floor by a wide wooden staircase and an elevator.

On the ground floor, you will find a large suite for two people, consisting of a 35m2 bedroom and a 12m2 bathroom. This suite opens onto the south terrace and gives direct access to the park.

On the 2nd floor, there are bedrooms, each for two people, with private bathroom.

On the 3rd floor there are bedrooms with a double bed plus a single bed; these rooms are equipped with a sink and a shower.


A self-service breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, cereals and, from local farms, yogurt, fresh eggs, apple juice) is included in the room rate. If you want fresh bread and pastries, there is a bakery 4km away.
If you wish to be able to have lunch or dinner at the property, on request, we can bring in a cook from the village.
You can have breakfast and meals in the dining room / kitchen on the same floor, with balcony and view over the Yonne.
