Barn of 50 m2 renovated in a loft style for 2 people where works of contemporary artists and trendy decoration rub shoulders in authenticity. Composed of a kitchen area sleeping area living room bathroom and separate toilet large terrace without vis-à-vis with garden.
Come and relax in this corner of paradise in a setting of nature and zen. Located at the back of our restored farmhouse with independent entrance and not overlooked, on the edge of the mountain and the forest on a very little frequented path for superb hikes, near 3 rivers, the 50 m2 barn has been converted into a loft. with kitchen area with fridge, electric hob and multifunction oven. Sleeping area with comfortable 180 bed with mountain view. Lounge area with sofa and satellite TV.
Shower room with separate WC.
Terrace and private garden not overlooked.
2 minutes from Saint Martin de Valamas at 550m altitude in the jewel valley, village with all the necessary amenities and shops, bars, tobacco, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy....
