To the front of the cottage is a south terrace facing which looks over the swimming pool / terrace, bar area and kids play area.

In the old barn we have a Kids Den full of toys / games / mountain bikes etc.

Down the lane is our private fishing lake ideal for picnics and viewing the wild life beneath the fir trees.

The last record was a 22lb carp!
