Les Grands Marronniers, Saint Priest Sous Aixe

'Les Grands Marronniers' Gite is an entirely renovated house, ideal for get-togethers in France between, 2 or 3 families, or friends.



Besides the comfort, decoration and functionality of the house, it also offers peace and quiet in it's 700 m2 garden and it's private, secure swimming pool, with parasols and deckchairs provided.



The house is situated in the little village of St Mathieu, 400 m from the shops (supermarket, chemist, 2 doctors) and 2 km from a 33 hectare leisure lake.



The Gite can accommodate up to 12 people, with 5 bedrooms, 3 shower-rooms (a large shower, toilet, & sink on each floor), a large dining room with seating for 14 people, living room and wood burner.



The kitchen is fully fitted, with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and a 3 ring gas hob.



From the kitchen and dining room you access the patio, where there are 2 tables and 8 chairs. At the lower part of the patio, under a canopy, there is a large shaded table for up to 15 people, with 18 chairs.



The salt-water swimming pool (12.5m x 5m) has a paddling pool for children. The pool is entirely closed in, and also has 1 alarm on the edges to detect any falls into the pool.



The 700m2 garden allows children to play in full security, as the whole area is entirely fenced.
