Weekly, southern Brittany in a small town near AURAY, VANNES, CARNAC, (28 km. to sea side) a fully-furnished 1st floor flat for two in a neo Breton mansion, surrounded by a park.5 mins walk to the town centre (s/markets, doctors, chemists, banks). Very calm and comfortable, perfect for a middle-aged couple, also for a young couple with a baby in a cot.
The flat is accessible by an independent stairway and entrance opening onto a spacious living room with a furnished loggia.
Proximate fully equipped fitted open plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc). All electricity.
The flat offers one large bedroom (double bed), bathroom (washing machine) and separate toilets.
All modern appliances. House linen provided (bed sheets, towelling, etc). Private Parking. Garden seats & BBQ.
The flat should be left in a clean and tidy condition, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. Parking and BBQ in the garden. Sorry, no animals and no smoking. English spoken.

Très belle location, dans un environnement calme et très agréable, bordée de belles plantations et de rosiers très parfumés. La location est très bien agencée et équipée, et nous sommes fort bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui se montrent pleins d'attention.
Directions
Leave road N165/E60 (Nantes-Brest) just after AURAY. Then drive on D768 towards PLUVIGNER. At the church, in PLUVIGNER center, turn left on D102 towards LANGUIDIC. The "chemin de Poull Guidec" is just oppositit the "Gendarmerie".
