Located in Bar-sur-Seine, close to all amenities, south gate of the Champagne area, Azeca 1 is a 27m² and Azeca 2 is a 37 m² fully equipped studio for four people on floor of a beautiful refurbished half-timbered house from the sixteenth century.

For your business or tourist trip, you will enjoy this very functional and modern space. You will find free parking places at 50m (and at the foot of the co-ownership).

We will be pleased to make you discover our beautiful region and its cultural and gastronomic treasures. You will have beautiful encounters with History, the Templars in Avalleur, Clairvaux and its abbey, Essoyes the village dear to the painter Renoir, Les Riceys and the beautiful medieval city of Troyes.

Hike and mountain bike lovers will enjoy the Regional Natural Park of the Orient Forest and the surrounding vineyards of the Côte des Bar. Swimming, canoeing or fishing parties on the Seine will charm the most passionate ones.

You will finally have the opportunity to share the passion of the Champagne wine with passionate and genuine local growers.
