Each room has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
The first bedroom (sleeps 4) has a French window overlooking the pool and is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a bay window overlooking the park.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a television.
A garden table and deckchair are provided for each room.
You have access to the pool bar where I provide dishes, a sink, a kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
You will have access to the house's in-ground pool. Free Wi-Fi access.
Breakfast consists of a breakfast basket for 2: 1 baguette, madeleines, fruit juice, butter, jam, 2 natural yogurts, and coffee/tea. Served from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

Description for Gite

I offer two cottages/studios for rent, located in the same location. They are independent and available for overnight or weekly use, whether for sightseeing, staying, or business trips to the Arcachon Bay.
The first: Le Bois Floté (Driftwood). Sleeps 2/3 people. Pets are allowed for an additional fee (+€5 per night). Vehicles are allowed on the property. The garden of this cottage is fully fenced.
The second: Les Dunes (Dunes). Sleeps 2/4 people. Cozy space: Swimming pool (additional fee +€20 per day or €100 per week) shared with the two guest rooms. Pets are not allowed.
These are 20 m² cottages, each with a private garden, terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, and barbecue. Bicycles are available (additional fee).
A €50 deposit is required for cleaning.
