In the heart of Allier, this is an ideal location for exploring the Bourbonnais countryside and the Allier Valley, a valley crossed by the river of the same name, home to a rich biodiversity. Close to the A79 motorway, just a short distance from Moulins and 45 minutes from Vichy. Even Montluçon and the sublime Tronçais Forest are less than an hour away.

You'll find numerous tourist activities nearby.The pretty village of Verneuil-en-Bourbonnais, Noyant-d'Allier and its pagoda, Souvigny, a Cluniac site, and Bourbon-l'Archambault, a small spa town with a medieval castle. But don't forget the castles a short distance from us. The Château de Boucherolles, Les Aix, Fourchaud, and La Condemine, among many other magnificent ones.

Crossing the vineyards of Saint-Pourçain to the conservatory of ancient grape varieties at the Château de Chareil-Cintrat, you can stroll through Chantelle and continue on to Charroux, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France.

Park and leisure activities: let loose at the "Natural Wake Park" in Paray-sous-Briailles, the Vieure lake, and the "Le Pal" amusement and animal park, directly via the highway to Saint-Pourçain-sur-Besbre.

On the other side, the small, characterful town of Hérisson will amaze you at the foot of its fortress, as will the Sioule Gorges., a biker's paradise starting with the Rouzat and Neuvial Viaduct in Bègues designed by Gustave Eiffel.

Accommodation for up to 5 people. It features a dining room with a wood-burning stove and a separate living room with a smart TV, extending into the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, espresso machine) and its utility room (water point) opening onto a quiet little street.
Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm double bed, one of which is upstairs with an additional 90x190cm single bed and a small television for your cozy evenings..
A bathroom with a shower and heated towel rail. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor. A sunny terrace with garden furniture and a large parasol is available. A garage is available for a small car, trailer, motorcycles, or bicycles. Access to the courtyard is via a sliding gate.
