We welcome you to our country house, renovated in 2023, on the outskirts of Rouillon, 5 km from the city center of Le Mans. The guesthouse is located in a quiet, natural setting, in a 1.5-hectare wooded area. Just a stone's throw from the city, near the Le Mans University business district, the town is well served by public transportation.

You are 5 minutes from the motorway (A11 exit / Le Mans Centre).. For cyclists, there are trails in the village, the nature boulevard, and 5 km from the Vélobuissonnière. Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. in the guest lounge or on the terrace in fine weather. Pastries are homemade, as are the jams, made with fruit from the orchard.
Two rooms, "Sunrise" and "Bird Garden," are located on the ground floor, with private bathroom and toilet., independent access and terrace. 1 bedroom (for 3 people) on the 1st floor with shared bathroom and private toilet.

In the guest lounge, reserved for guests' use, a refrigerator, microwave, and tableware make your stay easier. Meals (vegetarian or fresh menus) are available at the guest table upon prior reservation (48 hours in advance). Breakfast can also be converted into a brunch.Homemade cuisine, ingredients mostly sourced from organic farming or from our orchard in season.

For families, a crib, a baby bath, and a booster seat are available. Private parking is available on the property for your car, and a secure garage for your motorcycle or bicycle. We do not accept pets, and the house is non-smoking. Our guesthouse is open year-round..

We welcome you to our house in the countryside, renovated in 2023, on the edge of ROUILLON, 5 km from the city center of Le Mans. The guest house is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, in a wooded environment of 1.5 ha. A stone's throw from the city, near the tertiary center of Le Mans-Université, the town is well served by public transport.

You are 5 minutes from the motorway (exit A11 / Le Mans Centre). For cyclists, there are paths in the village called Boulevard Nature (around Le Mans).
Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:30 in the guest lounge or on the terrace in fine weather. The pastries are homemade, as are the jams, with fruits from the orchard.

Breakfast can be transformed into brunch for certain periods (see special offers section).
In the living room, refrigerator, microwave and dishes make your stay easier.

Meals (vegetarian menus or fresh menus) are possible at the table d'hôtes upon prior reservation (48 hours in advance). Homemade cuisine, ingredients mainly from organic farming, or from our orchard in season.
