For a truly relaxing holiday Christiane and Dominique are delighted to welcome you to South Vendée, near the Marais Poitevin, to their friendly and welcoming holiday cottage, adjoining another rental, tastefully decorated where you can stay with family or friends.in an authentic and beautiful setting.

This is a very functional furnished apartment on the banks of the Vendée River, comfortably accommodating 2 to 6 people. The charm and tranquility of this cottage will captivate you.

This cottage is partially on one level. It comprises:

- 3 lovely bedrooms, two of which are upstairs, each with a double bed (140 cm)
- A 30 m² living/dining room with 2 leather sofasFireplace insert, TV

- 1 fully equipped, independent kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, etc.)

- A utility room
- 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower
- 2 toilets
- Air conditioning

You can enjoy a private, green, wooded park with a pétanque court, sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue, etc.

Our gîte accepts one small pet per stay for a flat fee plus mandatory cleaning.

Our rates include:
- loan of 4 bicycles
- use of a rowboat
- access to the private pétanque court
- Free private parking

- Orange TV and free landline telephone service
- Exemption from tourist tax

- Water, gas, electricity, and firewood included from May 1st to September 30th

From October 1st to April 30th, a weekly flat rate for utilities (gas, electricity, water, and firewood) will be charged
