Description for B&B:A warm welcome awaits you at "The Old Bread Oven". This one-bedroomed Gite has been recently renovated whilst retaining most of its original features. It provides wonderfully comfortable accommodation for 2 adults and has the added benefit of an extra bed for another adult or child as required.
Located in a beautiful rural setting within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Ideally situated for local walks, bike rides and swimming nearby. The area of the 3 lakes, with all it has to offer, is no more than 10km from the gite.
Description for GiteThe Gite comprises a large comfortable lounge with original stone floor, woodburner and TV/DVD. The separate kitchen/diner (with table for 4 people) comprises cooker, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, toaster. All cooking equipement including utensils, plates, cups and glassware is included.
Stairs leading from the kitchen/diner take you to the upper level for the sleeping accommodation and the bathroom facilities.
The very large double bedroom features original stone walls and exposed beams.
This room would easily accommodate the extra bed or cot and still provides very spacious accommodation.
The bright and airey shower room with stone wall and exposed beams has a large shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail and wc.
Provided as part of the gite is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The owners provide a welcome basket on arrival and fresh garden fruit/vegetables according to season.
Outside there is a sunny patio area with table and chairs overlooking the owners well stocked garden - an Ideal place to spend some time relaxing or for an aperitif before dinner. Sunloungers and a barbeque are provided. This property is non-smoking.

Take the D940 from either Gueret or La Chatre and at Le Poteau Follow the D15 signposted Genouillac Gare. After approximately 1km take the left turn to Les Mousseaux where you will find the house on the left at the end of the village.
