Le Moulin de Sansonneche can be found approximately 18km south of Aubusson, just off the D982 in the commune of GIOUX. It is situated in the valley of the Gioune river in a 12.5 acre/5 hectare mainly wooded plot of land which includes the river, ¾ km from the main road. The moulin is accessed across a small bridge spanning the river Gioune The Moulin de Sansonneche consists of the owners accomodation and 2 independent Gites, both of similar layout. The ground floor is approximately 40 m2 and has separate kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Stairs to the first floor lead to the bathroom and 3 bedrooms, each of about 10 m2. There are 2 double and one twin bedded room in each gite. Two of the bedrooms look over the front of the property towards the river.
