The house is located on an easily accessible road towards the Pyrenees and in the center of the charming village of Couiza with its nice restaurants and amenities such as a large supermarket within walking distance.We offer 4 comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom.
Behind our house we have a very large romantic landscaped garden where you can relax under the French sun or in the shade of centuries-old trees on one of the terraces.
The house is located on the Cathar Route, making it an ideal stopover for cyclists and motorcyclists.
Behind the house there is ample covered space to safely store your bike.
Our chambres d'hotes offers you an oasis of peace in the center of the magnificent Cathar area.
Our house offers a very nice base to discover the Cathar area.
The world-famous village of Rennes le Chateau is just a stone's throw away.
Mount Bugarach can also be reached in 10 minutes.
All other Cathar treasures are within a reasonable distance.
The Aude River flows in front of the house. You can take an adventurous trip on the Aude in a canoe that can be rented in the village.
And within an hour's drive you are on the Mediterranean Sea or in the Pyrenees.

Directions
Route by car:
From Toulouse, follow the A61 in the direction of Carcassonne. At Bram take the exit D4 and then turn left onto the D623 to and through Limoux. On the D118 you drive out of this city and continue on this road to Couiza where it is called the route de Pyrenees.
Our maison is on the left, just past the exit to Rennes le Chateau, but parking is easier on the right, so on the other side.
Route by train: Toulouse, change to the train to Carcasson (9€) and then back to the train to Limoux (1€). From there, buses leave for Couiza (1€) that stop at St. John the Baptist's Square. 3 minutes walk towards Quillan (the south).
Train tickets from Toulouse can be purchased via SNCF with a credit card.
