The property is situated less than 2 miles from CLECY, the capital of the SUISSE NORMANDE region of Normandy. Set in a hamlet at the end of a quiet lane, the house is in 0.75 acres of wooded gardens. There are spectacular views of the valley and yet the property is only from half a mile from the direct route south from Caen with its ferry terminal of Ouistreham.
